I not only live in the community but take an interest in the town, school, for the betterment of families that move to the Valley and into western Maine. Over the years, I have given back to my community by becoming involved. I was one of the original members of The World Mud Bowl and Board of Director for 16 years (which has generated income for local charities in excess of $1,000,00.00. in the past 45 years). I also had served on the Board of Directors of the North Conway Village Association when this was originally founded. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Mother Seton Home in Fryeburg, a safe haven for living, education and community life for mothers who would need this service and comfort. I continue to educate myself in real estate by taking various courses in Commercial Real Estate education in order to stay current with any changes in this specialized market. My commercial real estate services include: business and commercial property evaluations and identifying and understanding the strengths and functions of various businesses along with the uniqueness that each business opportunity offers. Having owned several businesses, and having sold nearly one hundred business opportunities and commercial properties since 1973, I have first-hand knowledge in understanding of the intricacies of commercial real estate evaluations and sales. I am here to explain, advise, and guide you through a successful transaction.
Personally, I am so thankful to have raised my family in the greater Mt. Washington Valley and Western Maine region. I am grateful that we were able to give our children the opportunity to truly open their eyes to the beautiful surroundings here and teach them to appreciate the natural beauty we are blessed with each day. Additionally we were able to introduce them to downhill and x-c and Alpine skiing, hiking, swimming, boating activities, canoeing, the love of nature and the great outdoors that most people long to be a part of. The beautiful drive from my home in Fryeburg, ME to North Conway Village, NH makes me feel blessed that this is my daily commute to work.
